Laser Scanning

GreenWorld has made the substantial investment required to achieve sub-millimeter accuracy in high speed laser scanning of entire facilities and process equipment. The result is a highly accurate, 3D model of site, piping, process, and components. This scanning allows our customers severl critical capabilities:

  • Automated or assisted As Designed and As Built comparisons
  • Ability to prove to regulators the actual As Built installation for certification and safety purposes
  • Highly accurate ?site survey on a disk? for bid packages, estimates, etc.
  • Ability to pricely locate all components, pipe locations, joints, etc. even if these are now under concrete or obscured in other ways

SmartControls Practice

GreenWorld?s SmartControls Practice provides software and process controls logic that is:

  • Web Based, allowing control from anywhere in the world
  • Real time in that operator changes at, say, a Regional Command Center, are asserted in the actual, remote process, instantly
  • Visual allowing operators to see the status of the process at a glance rather than by table look up, etc.
  • Intelligent, allowing the software and human operators to work together to maximize the productivity of the process
